The most useful messages point us to something specific and checkable: a regulatory change, an official statistic, a court-modernisation milestone, or a figure on this site that no longer holds. Tell us the country and dimension it relates to, and include a public reference where you can. We do not factor in private or unverifiable claims, and no submission can buy or move a placement — every input is weighed on the evidence.

Press and research enquiries — including requests to discuss the methodology or an individual country's score — are welcome at the press address. We read everything, though we cannot always reply individually; verified items are folded into the next release rather than acknowledged one by one. If your message relates to how the scores are built, it may help to read the methodology first, since many questions are already answered there.
